This is a detailed, immaculate cleaning that really restores a home back to as new as possible. We also offer a modified reduced service when maybe just a light clean up is more advantageous.

The purpose of this type of cleaning is to prepare an already lived in home for new occupants. Every surface needs to be cleaned and disinfected.

All Rooms:

* Wipe down all doors, door jams, and light switches. Clean the baseboards, and window sills to remove dirt and marks.

* Vacuum all hard floors then mop them. Wood floors need to be cleaned with a wood floor cleaning product.

* Vacuum all carpeting and stairs and clean the railing going up the stairs.

* Clean the windows and the blinds on the inside of the house.

* Remove cob webs.

* Clean ceiling fans that are safely reached.

* Remove all trash.

Kitchen:

* Clean the top and inside of the stove along with the sides and vent.

* Clean the outside and inside of the refrigerator.

* Vacuum the inside of all cabinets and drawers, wipe them out, and clean the outside of the cupboards and drawers then wipe them down with Orange Glow. 

Bathrooms:

* Restore and clean the glass shower, tile, tubs, mirrors, and chrome. After they are disinfected, wipe them down with glass cleaner.

* Vacuum the inside of all cabinets and drawers, wipe them out, and clean the outside of the cupboards and drawers then wipe them down with Orange Glow.

Laundry Room:

* Clean washer and dryer.
