Any modifications are easily done for you.

 1)       We wash the sheets in the master bedroom, remake the bed, and wash the bath mats and toilet seat covers;

2)        Take out the trash throughout the house;

3)        Dust the house thoroughly, dusting all the furniture and everything on the furniture;

4)        Clean the bathrooms completely, restoring the bathroom as best we can; 

5)        Clean the kitchen top to bottom;

6)     Vaccum and Mop the hard floors, and;


7)   Vacuum the carpets.


 

We accept cash, checks, or you can pre-pay with Pay Pal.
